1. INTRODUCTION

Auramart Technology Private Limited (“Auramart”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering quality products through its online marketplace auramarts.in.

This Return Policy governs the terms, eligibility, procedure, verification, and limitations applicable to the return of products purchased through our website, mobile interface, or any official Auramart sales platform.

By placing an order on Auramart, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return Policy.


2. 7 DAYS RETURN WINDOW

Customers are eligible to raise a return request within Seven (7) Calendar Days from the date of successful delivery of the order.

Any return request initiated after the expiry of seven days from the delivery date shall not be accepted unless specifically approved by Auramart under exceptional circumstances.


3. ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS FOR RETURN REQUEST

Return requests shall only be considered under the following circumstances:

3.1 Damaged Product Delivered

If the parcel or product is physically damaged, broken, torn, leaking, defective, or tampered at the time of delivery.

3.2 Wrong Product Delivered

If the customer receives an item different from what was ordered, including variation in model, size, quantity, or specifications.

3.3 Missing Accessories / Incomplete Package

If accessories, components, manuals, or ordered units are missing from the package.

3.4 Manufacturing Defect / Dead on Arrival

If the product is non-functional or contains a clear manufacturing defect immediately upon opening.

3.5 Product Significantly Different From Listing

If the delivered item materially differs from the product description displayed on Auramart website.


4. MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF RETURN

For successful acceptance of any return request, customer must ensure:

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged by customer
  • Original product packaging is intact
  • Original invoice/bill is available
  • Tags, labels, manuals, accessories, warranty cards are preserved
  • Return complaint is raised within 7 days
  • Mandatory unboxing/open parcel video is available
  • Clear issue photographs are submitted

Auramart reserves the right to reject any return request where mandatory evidence is not furnished.


5. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS / RETURN EXCLUSIONS

The following situations/products shall not qualify for return:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Customer no longer requires product
  • Minor color or design variation due to display settings
  • Used / installed / washed / altered products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Clearance sale / discounted / promotional items
  • Hygiene-sensitive / consumable products
  • Gift cards or digital services if any

This structure is consistent with common ecommerce exclusion practice where used, customized, consumable, and customer-remorse items are generally restricted from return.


6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN REQUEST

Customers may initiate a return by contacting Auramart Customer Support with:

  • Mobile Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Product Photos
  • Parcel Opening Video
  • Invoice Copy

7. RETURN VERIFICATION PROCESS

Upon receiving the return request:

  1. Auramart support team will acknowledge complaint within 24 to 48 business hours.
  2. Submitted evidence will be reviewed internally.
  3. If claim appears valid, reverse pickup or self-return instructions will be shared.
  4. Returned product will undergo warehouse Quality Check (QC).
  5. Final acceptance or rejection shall be based on physical inspection findings.

Auramart may request additional photos, customer declaration, or courier evidence during investigation.


8. REVERSE PICKUP / SELF SHIPPING TERMS

Depending upon customer location and courier serviceability:

Reverse Pickup Available:

Auramart may arrange pickup through logistics partner.

Reverse Pickup Not Available:

Customer may be requested to self-ship the product to Auramart return address.

Courier reimbursement, if applicable, shall be processed only after prior written approval and courier invoice submission.


9. QUALITY CHECK & FINAL APPROVAL

Every returned item is subject to strict inspection for:

  • Product condition
  • Usage marks
  • Packaging integrity
  • Matching SKU verification
  • Complaint validation
  • Missing accessories verification

If the returned item fails Auramart QC standards, the return claim may be rejected and the same item may be re-dispatched to the customer.

The Company’s quality inspection report shall be treated as final and binding.


10. RETURN OUTCOME OPTIONS

Upon successful approval of returned goods, Auramart may at its sole discretion provide:

 

  • Refund (as per Refund Policy)

Mode of settlement shall depend on stock availability, issue type, and internal assessment.


11. FRAUDULENT RETURN CLAIMS

Auramart follows a zero-tolerance anti-fraud policy.

Return requests may be denied in cases of:

  • Fake damage claim
  • False missing item claim
  • Edited photographs/video
  • Product swapping
  • Intentional tampering
  • Frequent abusive returns

Auramart reserves the right to permanently block such customer accounts and pursue legal remedies where necessary.


12. COMPANY FINAL AUTHORITY

Auramart Technology Private Limited reserves the independent and unconditional right to:

  • Approve
  • Hold
  • Investigate
  • Partially approve
  • Reject

any return request based on submitted evidence, logistics confirmation, and warehouse QC verification.

The Company’s decision regarding return eligibility shall remain final.
